Good beers, but my all time fav is Chimay. I am drinking a Lagunitas Sirius right now, and suprisingly it is pretty good.

Why do you guys love ales so much? There seems to be a lot of ale-love on ATOT.

So sorry, but this is the best. Chimay Blue is awesome, too. All available at your local Beverages and More.

Holy crap man, now that's the kind of bar I"d like to find 😀 Some of the bars around Cleveland serve your better beers, but very few on tap.

Also, with your "wannabe" cellar, do you have any tips for storage?

Recent talk of beer guzzling led me to drag one of each beers that I have in my wannabe cellar. Represented are the following:
- Ommegant Witte, Three Philosophers, and Abbey Ale. Three Philosophers is incredible; it's blended with Lindeman's Kriek Lambic.
- Rochefort 10. Simply an incredible beer.
- St. Bernardus Tripel, Prior 8, and Abt 12. Anyone who knows beers needs no description of these fantastic beers.
- Allagash Tripel and Curieux. Allagash makes absolutely fantastic Belgian-style beers, and it's a US brewery.
- Westmalle Triple. I have A LOT of thesee, and it's likely my favorite of all time.
- Duvel. No description needed.
- Schneider Aventinus. It's almost obscence how good this Weizen is. I have a few cellared since '99.
I'm in Cleveland right now, so this is all I have with me. Back at home I have more waiting for the right time, but these alone will keep anyone busy for years with their complexity.
Any thoughts?
