Should I get an eVGA 8800GTS 320MB now and step up later for something better or get a Foxconn 8800GTS 640mb?

Currently, I don't play any games that can take advantage of 640mb of memory, and the highest resolution I play at is 1680x1050.

What do you think, guys?
