If he wants to change that, that's fine, if not, no harm lost. It's meant to serve a purpose, not stand out in a crowd...

The cookie end of things should be fine for all users, it's a very generic line of code that's universally accepted. Strange.


Edit: Okay, read your edit a bit late. I'll check out the Web on how cookies are accepted in Linux and the new versions of Netscape and hopefully have a fix to write in.

Well, I updated the cookie code to add the "path=/" part of Netscape's HTTP cookies specification. Can't do much more than that, I'm afraid.
