Hmm I'm still recovering from a back injury I sustained lifting wieghts about 4 weeks ago myself. I think the problem is we start to really get some outstanding results from wieght training and we think we are Supermen and over do it. When I heal up I'm going to have to re-evaluate my technique so I don't have to deal with painful injuries like this. Maybe I'll lighten up on the free wieghts and use more Wieght Machines so I can isolate my muscles without putting as much strain on my back.Originally posted by: Amused
I feel for you! It took just over three weeks for mine to heal. And there is STILL a little stiffness in it 5 weeks later.
And then I got this freakin' canker sore in the back of my mouth. :|
