I like it a lot. You do need to 'train' it a bit, as it will miss emails, but the default 'conditions' are pretty good, and you can set your own. You run it before you run your email program, it looks at all the email, deletes the ones it knows are spam, deletes the ones that match the conditions YOU may have set, and then deletes the ones you added to its "filter" list.
As I've used it more, I get less spam that it doesn't catch. If you do end up trying it, I'll send you my filters file, which should reduce your spam a good bit.
I am pretty sure there's a demo version, I'd give it a try.
