I saw this on CNN tonite...One of the higher up execs in the oil industry paid (no joke) $6.8M to have the # 5 on his license plate...& when it's time for renewal next year, he plans on paying between $10M - $15M to have the # 1 on his plate...

His current #5 license plate is worth 10x more than his Rolls...

TBH, in the UAE, if you have the capital, and your a guy who has the balls to venture $10 M. Then it's quiet an investment. I am sure you can keep showing the plate around until someone feels jealeous enough to buy it @ $15 million maybe
