Now France knows how it feels

Now the question is can you count past 10 without taking your shoes off? 😀

Or past 20 and keep your pants on. 😛

Isn't the "UN" force 80% American? Yeah, good luck getting those forces France...

Wow. I wonder how this is gonna go? Hopefully not another Vietnam situation. Damn French. 😛

Wow, your reading skills are impressive.

Many there resent the French troops, suspecting them of siding with rebels, even though the peacekeepers have protected government troops in the past. France has about 4,000 troops in Ivory Coast, and a separate U.N. peacekeeping force numbers around 6,000.

A French defense ministry spokesman said on condition of anonymity that the United States had shown "great understanding about France's concerns in Ivory Coast." But he did not know whether U.S. military assistance had been sought.

The U.N. force includes thousands of West African troops, with the rest coming from an array of contributing nations, none American.

Apparently, we can't be bothered to lend a hand there.

Feel free to resume mindless French hating...k?

What the hell are you talking about? The majority of UN peacekeeping missions are undertaken by nations such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh

He saw that France was in the subject material, and his everything about the French suck switch flipped...

Don't you love posts where the original poster is happy about people dying.

So the French didn't support Iraq. Big deal.

French go home

Wonder how long until they realize they are from France and surrender. 😀

They are interjecting in a civil war, not starting another one.

*ducks for cover due from over zealous republicans*

Actually last time I checked the USA never listened to the UN anyways.

I agree that we can't be bothered to lend a hand there. The French couldn't be bothered to lend a hand in Iraq. But that's a little different because the liberation of Iraq meant an end to their shady business deals with Saddam.

LMAO they destroyed their entire airforce in the retaliation.

That's unpossible!! They are French, they must have surrendered... 😉😛
Yeah, the anti-French jokes aren't funny anymore. Mindless French hater

The civil war most likely traces back to France since this was a former French colony.

It's pretty sad to see someone celebrate death (regarding the OP)

"Everybody get your Frenchman!" young men screamed to each other, swinging machetes.

First I read that "Everyone get your machetes!" screamed the Frenchmen. Then I realized the French wouldn't use machetes. But still, using machetes in a war seems funny to me. I'm too tired to read something that long, especially if I went dyslexic on that above line; however, I still hate the French.
