Disgraced TV evangelist Jim Bakker says President Donald Trump is a test of faith and that Christians can pass by loving him.

“You know what? Trump is a test whether you’re even saved,” he said in a clip going viral on Twitter. “Only saved people can love Trump.”
 
Jim Bakker is a crook and a lunatic. Why would anyone listen to him. Why would anyone bother to quote him on anything.

not sure why anyone gives a fuck what bakker does as he is a known conman and served time in a fed cell for fraud.

Yeah let's not make a fuss over a conservative evangelical crook defending another conservative crook by evoking religion who just so happens to be the most corrupt criminally involved President of the United States of modern times.

Jim Bakker may be a disgraced fallen evangelical but his is still an evangelical conman non the less just like all those other evangelical conpersons who haven't been convicted in the court of public opinion yet. His words still carry weight in the evangelical world of whom I think are still loyal to him in a subtle silent kind of way.

As with Trump, for some strange weird reason once loyalty and fealty are given, it cannot be taken back. Small wonder that evangelicals have a liking to Trump seeing as if Bakker and Trump have so much in common from a confidence man's point of view. They both sure know how to play a sympathetic crowd.
