Here's the setup...

I have a PC connected to a cable modem which is connected to a wireless router. My wife has a Mac iBook with an airport card and she wants to print documents from her iBook via my printer that is attached to my PC. Can that be done?😕

yes...just make a network between the two computers and make the printer on your computer sharable. go to controlpanel->printers and faxes->right click on the printer you use and click on sharing (assuming you use windows XP). just run the network setup wizard and follow instructions and you are good to go.
 
Don't forget to also make that printer the default printer on your wife computer, specifying the path etc. Pulled my hair out until I realized I forgot to do that.
