hello. just wondering if you can use the novell client to connect to a novell netware 5 server over a dial-up connection to an isp. my friend said he just replaced the server name with its ip address, and it worked (although slow). I haven't been able to do it at all. Any help? thanks.

I don't know much about novell, but I think that if you have a firewall in front of the remote network then what you are trying won't work and you will need someting like a VPN connection.
