I am volunteering right now to teach any and all of them in the PROPER use of a handgun. None of this hold the weapon sideways and hit innocent bystander crap. My feeling is with the proper instruction, encouragement and motivation they will kill each other off quickly without anyone not involved being injured.

I don't like rap / hiphop myself, but I just wanted to state the obvious for a quick second.
A techie board like this isn't going to have many fans. Generalizing, but you have to know it's true. Just like an asian kid like myself isn't likely to live & breathe Metallica, but I do. Anyway, I find it funny that almost all of us are just ranking on the rappers and/or their way of expression. As individuals (not as artists), I don't disagree with a lot of you either.

COuld someone explain something to me? What is it with the rappers killing each other? I mean, you don't see heavy-metal bands plotting against each other, you wont find Los Angeles Philharmonics planning to blow up Berlin Philharmonics.

i think its pretty obvious that most people from the los angeles philharmonics didnt grow up in compton
most of these people who got involved grew up in bad places and became parts of gangs, it was always their way of life

Generalising:
rappers=black=grew up poor in horrible neighboorhoods=life of guns, drugs, and doing whatever you have to do to survive.
The guys like Master P who grew up in housing projects and sold crack to press thier first record and is now worth a few hundred million dollars have my respect for getting themselves out of the hood (even is his music sucks).
These guys have LITTLE education, have had the odds stacked against them from birth, yet have more money than the rest of us will likely see and they did it (for the most part
) legally.But the many rappers who have only adopted the 'gangsta' image to sell records are the idiots.
No one that sold crack will ever have my respect. Killing your own neighborhood so you can play in NBA training camp and exploit your son in da bidnezz isn't exactly what I would call honorable.
