NOTICE: TA Cube pproxy users.

As of 09:30 Pacific, ppstats has ceased updating. I'm not sure, but I believe it's because the update is now taking more then 30 minutes and is thus running in to the next one.

I'm going to need to shut the pproxy down while I get this straightened out. Your clients will fall back to Dnet's keyservers. If you are running a pproxy, you might want to grab some extra blocks right now.

It's currently 2 PM Pacific. I'll be shutting it down approximately 4 PM Pacific. Hopefully, it won't be for more then an hour or so.

Russ,

If it's taking more than 30 minutes to update, you might want to look into bphantoms log compressor. It greatly speeds up the process.

but bphantom doesn't hold a history like Russ does, 5 or 6 days most then it's gone, I know I'm the one who's been submitting to TAcube there.

russ, its best to run the log compressor after the days stats has finished. Also, you may want to do this, split your stats up into smaller runs.

Do a rolling 4 week window that can update more frequently, and then a complete yearly update that can run less often. Lets say every 6 hours or so. I have at least 8 stats runs every hour, some of them running at the same time.

Russ,

When I was gathering everyone's version number for the pproxy list, I noticed you had version 313. You may want to upgrade to v319. With the minkeysready set extremely high, there is the possibility you may have old keys sitting in pprc5in.rc5. Older versions of the proxyper software did not initiate FIFO correctly.

Brad..

Nik,

You may have submitted them when I had the pproxy shutdown. Did you get the TA Cube pproxy message, or did it fall back to Dnet? If you got the pproxy message, they're in; just need to figure out what host/IP address you came from so we can consolidate it.

Hmm, yesterday I flushed 4040 blocks (at the same time), but only 3643 showed up on the proxy 🙁. Could this be related to the proxy problems?

looking kinda strange today, even though your updates are one hour behind mine, we are short about 5,000 blocks and i don't believe that many were submitted in the last hour ???

It appears to be catching up 😉 thats alot of log files to process I imagine, bet my little 1 gig HD would be outta room by now :Q

we are still a couple thousand behind, but we will see how it washes at the end of the day
