Nothing happens when I turn on the power

Hello everyone, I need some help please.
When I turn on the power nothing happens. I hooked the power supply up to a tester and everything showed power with the correct voltage. I am getting nothing, no LED light on the MB or anything. Any suggestions?
I have- core 2 6400
ASUS P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe
SeaSonic M12-600W
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB DDR2 800
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 350 GB
Antec P180B Case
ZALMAN CNPS9500 AT CPU Cooling Fan
ZALMAN ZM-MFC1 Fan Controller

Have you made sure that the power switch on the case is connected to the motherboard properly?

I think so, how can you tell? I've got it hooked up to the green pins like it says in the MB manual.

The obvious -

Power switch on the power supply is on
Power supply is plugged into the wall

The not so obvious

Power supply 24 pin connector is properly seated on the motherboard - remove and replug in
4 Pin aux connector is plugged in to the m/b - remove and replug
Power turn on switch for the case is plugged into the correct 2 pins on the motherboard
Try reseating all the cards and memory
