People make really bad decisions after 2am. This period of bad decision making generally lasts until 1:59:59am, at which point, it restarts. Because, when you get right down to it, most people make really bad decisions on a consistent enough basis to warrant the blanket statement that humans, as a whole, are bad decision makers. Turns out it has nothing to do with time.

Parties I used to go to only got going around 1 or 2 and peaked around 4 in the morning. Of course there were drinks etc at someone's house before that time, and an afterparty starting at 6AM, then go lie on the beach and smoke buds until the next night, and do it again.
