Notebook with docking station

I'm looking to replace an old pc with a new laptop at work. Are there any manufacturers other than Dell who are making notebooks with real docking stations? I'm rather leery of the USB docks that run monitors and accessories. Although if these docks do work well it opens up a whole new range of notebooks I can consider. I'll be docking to a 1920x1200 monitor, usb speakers, ethernet, and misc usb devices (keyboard/mouse, hard drives, etc).

I'm currently looking at something along the lines of the Dell M4800. The computer will be used mostly for MS Office and e-mail but I do need something with a bit of power to run ArcGIS 10.2.

So to wrap up I'm looking for your thoughts on a workstation/gaming notebook along with docking options. Stick to proven full featured docks like the Dell's use or give the USB docks a shot? Any thoughts on Dell's WiGi wireless docks?

Thanks
