I have a few ?'s on video cards, I currently have a M6 with 32mb ram, I'm looking at upgrading to a newer version of my notebook it has a M7 or I can hold out for a M9(could be a while) is the M7 just a higher clock speed on the M6 or is it a different core? they way I understand it, M6 is a 7000, the M7 is a 7500 and a M9 is a 9000.

I'm trying to get as much info on upgrades as I can. I currently have a 14" M6, P4m @1.6, I'm looking at getting a barebones of the same chassie but with a 15" M7 or possible a M9, a centrino 1.4 and usb 2 over 1.1 I figure it will end up costing me about 200 all said and done.

Thanks for your thoughts.

I am not sure if the agp connections match, but the pcb designs have to match too.

I'm not looking at just a video card upgrade but a complety system upgrade, but I'm trying to understand the difference in video cards, I currently have the M6 the new chassis has a M7 but if I hold out for maybe months I could get an M9 but since I'm not sure of what the difference really are its hard to cover all the angles, I understand the cpu difference, I understand the bigger screen, ect... but what the difference from a M6,M7 and an M9 I'm at a loss.
