Ok i downloaded this program from diefer.de that monitors/controls fan speeds on my Inspiron 9300. Then it says the fan speeds are:
1. 78000+ RPM
2. 94560+ RPM
Is this correct? My inspiron is silent even though the fans are spinning this fast! The good news is that both the HD and the CPU stays under 40'C. My desktop cpu fan only goes 5400 rpm and it is WAY too loud (it is also freakin hot, 50'C+)!
