Notebook recommendation

I need to get me a notebook.

Here are some of the requirements:
Prefer Ivy Bridge, at least Sandy.
More than 4GB RAM.
Display resolution is not that annoying standard 1300x700 one.
15 inch preferred, 17 ok too.
Separate NumPad.
Fairly good video capabilities(should be able to run a game or two, not critical)
Best case - with the Momentus XT 750GB.

Any recommendations?
