I just picked up a Toshiba A205 for occasional use. It's going to fit the bill just fine. First notebook for me.

I'm seeing several references saying that the far right and extreme bottom of the TouchPad will function to scroll. Not on mine. I've dug through the drivers numerous times and don't think I'm overlooking anything.

Scrolling would be handy, that's for sure. What am I overlooking?

Specs:
A205-S5825
Vista 32-Bit
DM lists it as; Synaptics PS/2 Port TouchPad
Driver is from Synaptics, 11.1.1.0 dated 4/3/08

FWIW, Windows update updated the driver right off the bat.

I should say that I intend to pick up a wireless mouse for this, but it's not always possible to use it. I want to know how to scroll with the TouchPad.

Check Toshiba's site for their driver?
Good suggestion. I'm installing it now.

Edit: I've got a bunch more settings. But I don't have time to mess with it right now. You're a genius!

Thanks!
