I was looking for DDR2 memory for notebooks, and I saw 2x 1GB modules for $249 DDR2 667 (pc5300)

then I saw single 1GB 667 (pc5400) for $99


would they work the same if paired up?
 
They should, yea. I would check to see if anyone with my laptop model uses that ram, just in case. Sometimes laptops get picky over ram type. Also make sure it's laptop memory type, I think SO-DIMM...
