NOTEBOOK GRAPHICS

Ok i dont know anything about graphics cards for notebooks or computers...all i wanna know is , what kinda of video cards go into laptops so i know what to search for. I mean, are they the same or do i have to find special ones made for laptops and what should i search for....where can i buy them..and does anyone know if a Toshiba Satelite A35 S159
