So I see that Ed Begley Jr. has dropped to soaking the cork (we uh soakuhh the corkuhh all uhh day) of satellite giant DirecTV in a rather pathetic commercial bashing the cable co's in nothing other than a marketing exhibition.

So, I guess Ed Begley figured out that riding his stationary bike to toast his bread ain't savings enough to pay the mortgage??

Maybe Ed will recycle satellite dishes as culinary resurrection of sorts.

Tried to find it on youtube after I posted, but nowhere to be found. I'll keep looking, but in short......

Ed Begley sitting at a "evil cable co." meeting of heads, talking about how DirecTV is kicking their ass and it took me the 2nd time seeing it to realize that one of the guys is Ed Begley Jr.

I just found it ironic that my fondest memory of satellite TV recently has been about the environmental impact of unrecycled dishes sitting in landfills. I'm thinkin' Ed Begley had to hand in his environ-man-card for this one.
