This past weekend I ran in the Mid-Atlantic Tough Mudder. At some point toward to end of the course I stepped in a hole (go figure) and rolled my left ankle a bit.
It's a little bit swollen but there isn't any readily apparent bruising. However, when I flex my foot downward the back of my ankle feel like a rubber band being pulled along a surface. I'm not sure how else to describe it.
Is this just a little bit of stiffness or maybe a mild sprain? Or is it something I should see a doctor about?
