I have moved the heat sink in a different possition, i have reinstalled it couple times.
Maybe i am just being delusional. I am running at 54-55C Idle. After playing quake 2 hours i was at 58C. Don't know my GFX card temp. I may just take it to a technician and let him take a look at it :( .

Its my first build, so i can't be too careful :)

It would help to post your rig specs, cooling (stock or not), CPU, board, etc. Reading your post leaves a lot questions. You lost me when you said you "moved the heatsink in a different position."

Im running:
C2D E6400
8800gts
WD 320 GB
Corsair 520W
OCZ 2 GB ddr2 800
P5N sli Mobo
Im using nochuta Heat sink (NH-u12f)
When i said i moved it, You can put it on one side of the CPU blowing towards the PSU, or put it on the other side sucking the air out towards the PSU.

What program are you using to monitor temps?

A 4c rise in temp at load seems way off, load temp should be much(20-30c) higher than idle.

It was short run before i stoped it.
Orthos By johnny lee??? Is that the program you are thinking off?

I just installed SpeedFan and its giving me different readings all together.
I noticed the Temp 1 and 2 were going up as i was running orthos stress test.

System cooling is not really an exact science since it involves a lot of variables, like ambient temp, obstructions, air flow, etc. Have you try running the system with case open? Does it make a big difference in temps? If temps goes down 10 degrees with case open then you can conclude one problem is air flow. You might want to check the case fans making sure it's not "short-circuiting" the air flow or check for obstructions. If the temps does not go down, then it could be the hsf not being mounted properly or has too much thermal paste. Or if you are using a thermal pad you have not given it a chance to "melt" for proper usage.
