Not sure if this is where i'm supposed to post.. But I need help with linking on websites..

I am working on a website.. and i need to link one site to another.. For example.. i wanna say "note: for other accessories click here" I want the click here to be underlined and make it go to another page when clicked. I also need to do that for email addresses. LIke.. "if you have any questions please email us here" and clicking here would do it. I know this is a dumb question.. but any help would be great. thanks!
 
now i have yet another question!! how can i make the "click here" noticeable.. i want to underline it, bold it, and make it a different color.. thanks again for all your hlep
