Not sure how to diagnose this rebooting

Ever since I built this PC little over a month ago I've had this problem. I get the BSOD and the PC reboots. It happens randomely and not very often (every couple of days).

you received this message because a device driver installed on your computer caused the Windows operating system to stop unexpectedly. This type of error is referred to as a "stop error." A stop error requires you to restart your computer.

This is what I get. I thought it might be the RAM but after running memtest for 6 hours I got no errors. Should I run it for a longer period of time or can I assume the RAM is ok? IF not the RAM, what could it be? It happens rather infrequently and randomely so I'm not sure how to test for solutions.

Try upgrading your drivers to the latest versions.
