Recently I purchased a 120mm fan that I had planned to connect to a 3-pin header on my motherboard.

However, the fan came with bare leads (red and black), and i'm not exactly sure where I can get the parts needed to connect it.

Thanks for any input.

PS- I think it will be a great combo, i'm using it with a Tuniq Tower and a YS-Tech fan pushing 100+ CFM, and the draw is way under for the board specs.

Since its only red and black, you have no rpm control. Might as well just splice the leads into a molex connector.

What are you planning to use the new fan for - CPU, case fan, radiator? Most mobos want fans with speed sensing for CPUs is why I ask.
. IAC, you can get the shells and pins for fans just about anywhere (probably cheapes for a small order is SVC as they'll send it First Class uninsured (you have to assume the shipping risks) to save on postage for small orders, but the special tool puts a crimp in it... (no pardon for puns) You can use a pair of fine nosed pliers, but not as good a crimp.
