Not sure about where to place a post

I just finished a project to convert an old, dying laptop into a digital picture frame that I have hanging on my wall. I took plenty of pics, and I thought it might be cool to share it with everyone. Would AT be an appropriate place for this? If so, would to belong to the General Hardware Forum, or the Off Topic forum?
