$1 still isn't expensive, unless it's a 355ml can, then it's normal, for most places. At my school, a 691ml (or so) bottle of coke is $1.50, and powerade is $2.00.. (I live in Canada), that is at vending machines at school. The regular 355ml cans are $1..

<< Silly people, i only said 30cent soda as that's the average price when purchased in a 12pack at a store. I don't care if the Soda machine cost $3 for each drink, the actual value of the Soda that killed them when the machine crushed them to death was only 30cents. Picky picky! >>

You are right they lost your point. But then again if I had to pay $1.00 for soda at work I might have focused on the 30 cents too. I think those signs that say do not tip are too small, and a (here's my price) 50 cents isn't worth dying over.

Excerpt from the guy with a jar in his butt:

<< The glass was intact and there was no apparent bleeding. After multiple unsuccessful attempts at removal in the emergency department, the patient was taken to the operating room, given spinal anesthesia, and placed in the jack-knife position; the anal region was prepped and the buttocks separated with tape. Through a Robinson catheter, introduced beyond the exterior of the jar, air was insufflated to break the partial vacuum behind the jar. Then, with the patient in the deep Trendelenburg position, the jar was filled with quick-setting two-inch plaster rolls packed around an Army-Navy right-angle retractor and allowed to set. After approximately 15 minutes, the anal sphincter was retracted with right-angle vaginal retractors and gentle finger pressure was used to massage the edematous tissue over the leading edge of the jar as it was rotated gradually and delivered. >>

Just read the link. Ow, Ow, Ow,:Q:Q:Q

Didn't believe the abduction story when first starting reading it so was not surprised that the police came to the same conclusion. I also don't know if I believe the story about giving the dog a bath in the shower either. Anyone here give their pets baths and take a shower at the same time? Why?
