Actually, no it didn't. I'm wrong and clearing the prefetch folder did not help your boot time. I thought I was correct and when you timed it you even had me convinced.

well before clearing my prefetch, i ran a google, and i saw some pages to recommend clearing it. it said it wont help boot times if you use the same programs over and over and your habits havent changed. but if you used to use, lets say, photoshop kinda programs and stuff like that, but now you run games or do other things, it does help to clear your prefetch.
