Not showing anything after the DOS Win screen

I've tried to connect my PC to the Plasma TV (resolution of TV is 1366x768, Panasonic).
I'm connecting it from my X800XT AIW by a DVI to HDMI adapter (from the graphic card) and by HDMI to the TV.

When I switch on the computer the TV does show the BIOS post screen, and after that it shows the white tab loading and then the Windows2000 post screen.
But as soon as the first "Loaded" screen of windows appear (by default it's in light blue color for reference) the TV shows nothing. Black screen.
I have connected a PC screen to see it's not the PC problem, and I set everything in CATALYST on the card so it should work, I've tried cloning the screens, not cloning, HDTV and without, force resolution and refresh and so on... Nothing seems to make it work.
What's weird is that it does show the BIOS post and windows 'dos' screen, but not actual windows.

A shot in the dark, but maybe it's because the DVI only sends video signals without sound? but that doesn't make sense cause it does show bios and post...

Anyone had this problem or can help me with solving this? I have just tried playing with the setting of both the PC and the TV for about 2 hours with no luck.

Thanks

I have tried 1024x768, 1280x1024 (or something like that, HDTV res) and the native resolution of the TV which is the 1366/0x768

Thanks yoyo! I Feel like a fool, it works now on 1280x720. How come it doesn't show a thing on 1366x768 which is supposed to be the natural resolution?

Well 1280x720 is 720p which is a standard HDTV resolution. I figured that would be a good place to start. You may be able to tweak it now that you have it going though at least.

You might try looking up your model on the HTPC area of AVSforum to see if other people have gotten native res to work with it.
