Not really a network, but..

I use a gateway to connect to the internet. One computer has a wired connection, the other connects wirelessly. I have the printer connected to the wired computer. Is there a way I can print from the wireless computer? Do I need to set up a network for this?

Forgive me if this is an incredibly noob question. 😉

You can get a printer server like this one Print Server You can get non wireless ones if it will be next to you router and you will not have to have a computer running

You can share the printer thta is connected to the Wired computer.

Successful Sharing involves some general consideration in Network settings,http://www.ezlan.net/sharing.html

As well as specific adjustment of each computer according to what it is allowed to be shared.
