Not letting one bad knee turn into 2

I have been battling severe knee arthritis in my left knee since Jan, and now feel it has developed into a patteller tracking disorder. In doing this I have obviously put added strain on my strong right knee. In the last month I have notice more pain and discomfort in the strong knee. Because I have yet to find a comfortable brace that assists in relief and the maltracking of the initially injured leg, I dont wear a brace on that leg. I do now, and have been for the last 2 weeks, begun to wear a support brace on my strong leg because that pain has increased alot in the last month.

To recap, basically in learning to deal with the pain and slow (if any) recovery of my injured knee Ive developed daily pain in my strong leg.

Have any of you experienced pain in your non-injured leg from taking on all the weight and pressure of supporting the weight from an extended recovery?
