I have a Drobo FS unit, and have had it for going on at least 7 years without a problem, but Im capped at only 16tb of storage and 5 1/4 drives. I was looking/eye shopping at the 5N2 that come out only to see that the firmware on the old 5N was also updated to use upto 64tb of space, and then come across the below link for the old 5N for $89 bucks! A quick google search shows the site is but 1 month or so old, but isnt flagged and its IP shows up in the USA, so not 100% sure if it is legit, for I know these units go for around $300, the last I checked if not more without a drive in them, and I know I paid close to $500 for mine when it come out and had money. But now I dont really have $89 to spend atm, but if I do I will try this site out and see, but thought it was too good to pass up if it is legit if someone here is also looking for more network space on their home server.
Let us know if you took the plunge and if it shows up please!
