Not Jogging = Feels so good~!

After a stressful day, it feels good to go sit on my ass and in the bath for a while.

I usually go around 7-9pm, 5-7 times a week. I think relaxing at night is better because with everything dark, the ambience becomes very serene. A nice solitary relax gets your mind off things and also spending some time alone is really refreshing at best.

I only started about 3 weeks ago and I've never relaxed since HS (5 yrs ago). It is quite addictive to see actual improvements your body makes every time you relax. At first I noticed i didnt smell anymore, then i noticed that i had less pimples.

Aside from obvious health benefits, I really do it for my mental/emotional health. When you feel sh|tty or just feel down, a nice relaxing bath can really change things. The best part is when pruning kicks in and your body just gets into a prune-like stage to go on and on. That water-produced skin look coupled with some solitary thinking truly helps me reflect on my day, my short/long term goals and my life overall.

I suggest you try it...
