If you are limited to Slot 1 and 100fsb, I'd recommend that Tualatin Celeron 1.2 Powerleap combo over this PIII. It'll actually cost you less and perform better. But then again, if I were to spend that much for either, I'd just get a new mobo.

I agree with iluvdeal in the sense that it is prob better to buy a new mobo.
I say this through experience. I know I know how hard it is to dump a nice BX mobo or any mobo as we are comp geeks. (I still have some socket 7s around and some PI 100 and 133). But I bought a powerleap fcppga to ppga adapter and PIII for my wife's 810. and I realized that this was kinda lame of me and I should have just bought a new duron and ECS mobo.
