cancelling this one modem is almost not worth what i got on ebay for the 4 that i received. it seems that sprint really screwed up on this promo as none of the CSR know that this promo even existed. i get the same speech everytime i call...'im sorry but i cant help you with this account, you'll have to call your sales rep'. i have called my local office at least 3 separate times now and stayed on hold for hours. 2 times the rep wasnt at their desk so i left a message and my calls were NOT returned and the 1 time i got through she said she cancelled it for me (i find out later that the account is still active and was not cancelled!).
we need to somehow get in contact with someone at corporate for the following reasons:
1. the fact that we cannot find a way to cancel our accounts
2. the fact that we all have spent many frustrating hours on the phone with CSRs
3. the fact that WE SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED AT ALL FOR THIS PROMO!
just my 2 cents...actually its my 2 dollars and 17 cents thanks to sprint
