A good quality 300w power supply that can actually supply 300 watts of power would be fine.

You should be fine then.

If your system is unstable, you can always get another power supply, however Antec makes good power supplies, so I highly doubt there will be a problem.

According to the power supply calculator, your system would use a max of 300 watts if every component was running at 100% load (this would never happen BTW).

What is the model number of your power supply?

You should be fine. It wouldn't cause damage, it just would be unstable during gaming if it wasn't getting enough power.

I would personally give it a try. Antec True series are very good units.

350 is minimum requirements, but you might want to consider a +400w PSU depending on how much power you're really using, not just based on your GFX card.

When power supplies are rated, they give the numbers for crappy power supplies I think.

350W of cheap power < 300W of good power.
