yup.. this is the 3rd or 4th one this century.

This is the 2nd reboot..so 3rd version.

And this "announcement" for this new franchise is about a year old, if not older. The first new spidey will appear this summer in the CA movie, though. First time Marvel regained shared custody of their character.

Well technically there has only been 1 recent reboot of Hulk. Norton and Ruffalo's Hulk is the same iteration and universe.
