Not an issue but something a little annoying.

Why are the weekend updates happening so early now? I understand the need for the database maintenance but can't they be scheduled to occur at around say 3-4AM server time? If I remember correctly the servers are on central/mountain time US right? 3-4AM there would be a nice compromise IMO. That would be about 1AM pacific, 6AM eastern (yes I know we have people outside north america). As it currently stands I'm seeing these updates occurring at like 10PM pacific which isn't really very late IMHO.

The maintenance seems to be much shorter now (vB update?), but I agree, push it back a few hours at the least.

How about weeknights at 3 AM? There are people who stay up quite late on weekends, fewer on the weeknights.

LOL
It's an Internet forum. Find something else to do so the the people maintaining it aren't as inconvenienced.

If we could schedule the updates we would, but we are at the mercy of those in HQ who actually do this as to when they do it. If several more of you wish this, we can then ask, but the final answer is not ours to give.
