Doesn't a gynecologist work on teh bewbies too, though? Not really a man doctor that does something like that.

I don't know that is why I am asking.
I have some related questions:

What is an electrician's plumber called?
What brand tampons do men prefer?
How common is MANopause?

and finally,

What is a women's doctor who works on men called?

Apparently andropause is quite prevalent, but almost always go undiagnosed for obvious reasons.

Listen to 96Rock much?

:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thank god they are back

No crap, I took 96.1 off my radio in the truck when that crap went down, happened to flip thru the stations last week and was like wft. Now all they need is to bring loveline back, and they'd be back to normal. But 105.3 carries it now so I don't mind too much.

The true male equivalent of a gynaecologist would be an andrologist. Although in practice, you would normally see a urologist.

This is actually a relatively small specialty, with a number urologists taking a special interest in this field.

A urologist is a surgeon with specialist training in surgery on the kidney and urinary system in both sexes, as well as the male reproductive system.

An andrologist is a specialist in male reproduction - e.g. hormonal imbalances, fertility problems.

A proctologist is a specialist in rectal and anal disorders - nothing specifically male.

When I was young I thought being a urologist would be awesome -- until I realized only old men and guys with penis problems ever go to them... 😛
