Yep those can happen to anyone of any age. It can even happen just from sitting on the toilet too long .

If it's bad you can go get it fixed. Might be a good idea to get it checked out regardless.

You can actually get the strep virus on your anus. It attacks weaker tissues, which is usually the throat, but sometimes it hits the posterior regions.
