A few years ago, I used to get them almost every day in the summer. I guess that is what happens when you live in San Jose, CA 
Oh well, I don't get them that much anymore. Dry weather is usually the cause of mine, except a few times when I blow my nose a little too hard and out comes the beloved blood booger
