Yea. There are drainage tubes from the inside bottom eyelid down into the sinus cavity. That's why when you cry, you have to blow your nose. When you sneezed you probably forced fluid back up through tubes. (when I was younger and had severe colds, many times when I blew my nose my eyes would end up with snot in them)
