Norwegian Language pack wont uninstall

Has anyone else had issues with this? I need to remove it before I can install SP2.

I've tried to remove it through regional and language options and it always fails but does not give me an error code.

I've also looked in programs and features and installed windows updates and can't find anything related to it.
