Norton Systemworks error

Something broke my systemworks. I went to use it and it said my license had expired, but I just got it last month and it's good for a year. No biggie, I'll reinstall and set it up again. Well, I can't uninstall. It gets about halfway and says "preparing error report" then errors out of that too! The Symantec knowledgebase is worthless... How do I uninstall this? Or force remove it?

my dad had major problems with system works. still has problems with internet security.

piece of garbage if you ask me. i can't figure out whats causing it. basically once he types in his password it hangs the pc.

the weird part is that if you let it sit at the login screen for 5 minutes or so, it will log in fine after that.

Since pontifex was so helpful, I'll add to the conversation.

There's third party unistallers for Systemworks out there, just Google away.

I found lots of ways to remove 2000-2004, but not 2006, which is what I have.
