Amazon has Norton System Works 2002 for $64.99 which includes: Norton Antivirus, Norton Utilities, Norton CleanSweep, and GoBack. I used this the other day and was amazed at how well the defrag utility on Norton Utilities actually helps out Windows 2000. It not only defrags your drive like the normal Windows tool does, but it actually arranges the applications on your drive based on your usage, and puts the swap file in the best location, etc... Plus you get Antivirus which is normally a $40 product by itself. Here's the breakdown on the rebates:

$30 Symantec Rebate - Upgrade for previous owners of any Norton/Symantec/McAfee/Ontrack product.

$20 Symantec Rebate - for everyone, you can donate it to charity too and get a tax deduction.

$10 Amazon Rebate

That brings it down to $4.99, and if you use a $5 off $35 Amazon coupon, you make a penny. Of course, there is shipping and sales tax if you live in Washington State, but if you order $99 worth of products, shipping is free, plus you could use the better $10 off $75 coupon.

(coupons below if you need them)

I have been beat by multiple rebates before and i won't do it again...one rebate on a product is one thing but three??? I would just get this from one of those direct deals or whatever sites for like $15 delivered...

I've always received my rebates from Symantec, and if Amazon doesn't deliver on theirs, then it's pretty easy to chew them out to the point where they'll give you a promotional gift certificate to make up for it if they do not come through with their offer.

It seems like Symantec has one of these rebate deals at least once a year, not to mention McAfee as well... it's more fun to leapfrog the rebates than buy their subscription renewals. Generally, this requires the retail product so you have the box top or something to upgrade with.

With the Retail version of the product, you usually get a 1 year subscription. With OEM copies, you usually only get 30-90 days of subscription service (virus definition updates, product updates, etc...).
