Ran into this problem a couple of days ago, just off from a fresh build, and everything is running fine, but for some reason when I open Norton, its always says "refreshing" and it won't let me do anything. I run liveupdate, and still nothing happens. Also Media Player at the same time won't open (internal application error), so it won't give me code to reference for a fix. So basically I reformat, (needed to remove a ton of programs), and reinstall everything per my liking, but everything is going well until my cable line kicks off, and when I come back, same problem, norton is locked in refreshing, and media player won't open, its really pissing me off, not so much about Media player, but norton. Anyone else had this problem..

Any suggestions? I think I may switch to free anti-virus program....
