i just bought a dell, and have a dial up connection, when internet security is disabled the internet works fine, when enabled it connects transfers a couple of bytes, and the stops and wont do anything? how do i fix it, thanks

This may not help but take a look anyway The real truth...
I gave NIS back for a refund and use Firefox,AdAware,Spybot and AVG. Works for me.

It may need to be reinstalled, that's what i was told and said no thank you give me back my money. They did. I removed it.

Hope someone else is of more help.
