What setting of Norton Internet Security would stop my system from connecting to https secure sites?
 
The people I deal with can enter my computer if they really wanted to, firewall or not, so I stopped using them awhile ago. I liked norton's personal firewall though, and all I can advise you is guess and check until you can't connect to a https secure site... 🙂 sorry if it's not much help
